Our Partner Projects
Our Church of the Holy Spirit Partner Projects are projects we back fully as a church and community. We are privileged to meet wonderful people in communities surrounding the church and are constantly by stories we hear.
Future Life
Future Life, lead by Ronald Abels connects with more than 350 children a week through various projects under its banner. Ronald inspires, coaches and educates primary schoolers and teens, acting as a powerful role model as he has faced the chaos of gang life, the control of addiction and the hardship of life on the streets. Future Talk, Sisterhood, Future Stars and Future Life, Malawi all fall under within Future Life.
Sisterhood
From a pale pink container in a back yard in Capricorn township, Sydney Priester leads teen girls in art lessons, craft and song. Creativity may be what brings them together but its a love for God and deep friendships that keep the group growing from strength to strength.
Future Stars
Young guys love sport and its soccer that brings young teens together every week to meet their mentors, talk about choices, life and God and fill their afternoons with all the inspiration of the beautiful game, soccer – as football is called in South Africa.
